Role Summary:

Miss Bold Ltd is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Fashion Shopkeeper for our retail and wholesale operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for fashion, along with the ability to manage day-to-day operations, build a loyal customer base, and lead a growing team. As the Shopkeeper, you will play a critical role in the success and growth of our business, ensuring that all aspects of retail and wholesale operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of both our retail and wholesale business units.

  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring key products are always available and orders are fulfilled efficiently.

  • Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive work environment.

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

  • Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, pricing strategies, and financial reporting.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.

  • Drive marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer-related issues in a professional manner.

  • Manage the online presence and social media accounts to engage with customers and drive sales.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail or wholesale management, preferably in the fashion industry.

  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

  • Strong understanding of inventory management, sales strategies, and customer service.

  • Solid financial acumen, including budgeting and pricing.
