Inventory Manager

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Inventory Manager to oversee our stock operations and ensure that we consistently meet the demands of our growing client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. As an Inventory Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining optimal stock levels, minimising wastage, and ensuring seamless order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure availability of key products, including dresses, tops, linen designs, and magic pants
•    Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy
•    Identify slow-moving or outdated inventory and implement strategies to manage or clear them effectively
•    Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of new stock, including the latest fashion trends
•    Maintain accurate records of inventory using inventory management software
•    Work closely with the management team to resolve stock-related inquiries and ensure client satisfaction
•    Incorporate customer feedback to improve stock availability and product range
•    Identify opportunities to streamline inventory processes and reduce costs. 
•    Manage social media accounts to build brand loyalty and customer trust.
•    Analyse customer preferences and incorporate findings into marketing strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    3+ years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in fashion or retail.
•    Strong understanding of inventory control systems and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
•    Excellent organisational and time management skills.
•    Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
•    Experience in demand forecasting and supplier management is a plus.
•    Familiarity with fast-moving inventory environments and high-demand product cycles.
